The buttery stick cookies include malted barley flour and cane sugar syrup and have a rich, toffee-like flavor. Even with a shelf-life of five months, there're no preservatives.


The cookies do not contain eggs, nuts or peanut oil and are made in a kitchen that does not process nuts.


The Vanilla cookies was voted best cookie of the year in 2004 by the prestigious National Association for the Specialty Food Trade (NASFT).


The Lemon cookies soon followed and won best cookie of the year in 2006 .
