Q. Who is Sledit and why should I buy my FXR apparel from Sledit.com?
A. Sledit operates out of Orem, Utah, and is owned and operated by riders. Each year we test all of the new FXR gear and only carry the best of the best. Our competitive pricing and reliable shipping procedures are unmatched in the industry.
   
Q. How much should I expect to pay to have my order shipped?
A. Realistically, nothing - If your order has a subtotal greater than $100 (the majority of FXR pants and jackets have a cost greater than $100), we don’t charge for shipping or handling. Orders under $100 will be charged an additional $5.00.
   
Q. Why is shipping free on orders over $100?
A. Because want your business and we'll do what it takes to get it.
   
Q. Why is shipping $5.00 on orders under $100?
A. To help cover the actual cost so we can keep our prices low.
   
Q. Why do others charge such high shipping rates?
A. We don't know. It doesn't make sense to us either.
   
Q. How should I clean my FXR Racing apparel?
A. Care instructions are included on tags on every item, however we have found that traditional laundering procedures can reduce the integrity of the water-proofing and poly-urethane coatings. We suggest hand-washing using warm water and a mild detergent, and hang to dry.
   
Q. What if my new FXR jacket, pants, or gloves are defective, or “fall apart”, or I need to return or exchange something?
A. Email sales@sledit.com and let us know what the problem is. Please keep a copy of your receipt. If appropriate, we will issue a Return Authorization Number. In the case of returns or exchanges, As long as the item has not been used or soiled in any way, Sledit will exchange for different size or color. Dirty, laundered, soiled, or otherwise used items cannot be returned or exchanged (unless defective).
In the case of defective product, describe the problem and we will either have it repaired or replace it.
