Returns are automatically approved within the following guidelines:
1) The return has not been listed in our policy as unreturnable.
2) The return must be received by us within 30 calendar days of the date you received the item. We will verify the delivery date with the shipper. Unless you have informed us otherwise, the shipper's delivery date will prevail.
3) Returns must be in the original manufacturer's packaging and packed in similar fashion as the original shipment. Merchandise not in this condition, missing label inserts, or merchandise that has not been properly protected from shipping damage is subject to a 25% repackaging fee, as we will have to repackage the items. If the manufacturer's original packaging is not included a 50% penalty will apply, as we can no longer sell the merchandise as "new".

If a return is received and is not compliant with these terms, we will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to contact you within 7 days, the donation option will apply. You will have 2 options.
1) The merchandise will be returned to you at your expense.
2) The merchandise will be donated to a local charity after 7 days.
