We are avid gardeners with over 60 combined years of gardening
experience. For many years we’ve started our own
vegetables, annuals and perennials from seed and cuttings. Every
year we fill 25 pots and boxes around the house with colorful annuals. We grow

acclimatize the plants to the outdoors! We would carry them out onto the deck
in the morning, panic when the wind got up and bring them in, move them from
the sun into the shade, worry about them not getting enough light when we had

turned cold, windy or wet and this involved checking each one for earwigs.
