Once you’ve discovered how versatile your temporary greenhouse is and how easy to use, we’re confident that you’ll NEVER want to send it back.

But if you aren’t satisfied for any reason or if it doesn’t live up to your expectations just return it to us and we’ll cheerfully refund your money right up to the final day of the 365 day guarantee.

 

If you wish to return your PlantHouse, please e-mail us at customerservice@portableplanthouses.com for a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.

If you are returning it because it has a defect or was damaged in shipping please explain this in your e-mail and retain the original packaging.

If the return is for some other reason you do not need to explain but we would appreciate it if you would.

Please indicate if you would like a replacement.

When we receive the PlantHouse we will refund your money to your original method of payment or ship the replacement and notify you via e-mail when it has been done.
