Quad Systems QSV-1
Dual Head Component Placement System
TL has one Quad Systems Model QSV-1 Dual Head Component Placement System, which features QuadAlign In-Process Touchless Centering.
The system has the capability of handling 0402 through QFP208 components and ball grid arrays. The machine has a placement rate of over 8,000 components per hour. The machine also features on the fly component and lead inspection, non-contact linear encoders, smart feeders and process monitoring.
