ORDERING GUIDELINES
 
1. Orders may be made via our web-site, by email to sales@aeocaustralia.com or fax to (03)9836 8501. All prices are in Aus$ and do not include GST.
 
2. In order to avoid communication errors, we strongly recommend that orders be placed in writing by fax or email. We guarantee the accuracy in fulfilment of such written orders. Aromatherapy and Essential Oil Centre will bear no responsibility for additional costs arising from verbal miscommunication.
 
3. We pride ourselves on the speed of our service. Orders are typically invoiced in less than two hours, and any product additions or changes will be treated as a new order.
 
4. Due to the volatile nature of the essential oils market, price commitment is made on the placement of order only.
 
5. Overseas order minimum is Aus$500. Payment is accepted via Funds Transfer only and goods are shipped via Fedex to all destinations.
 

PAYMENT METHODS

1. All orders must be paid in advance before shipment.
 
2. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Direct Transfer to our company account. Details available on request. A 3 day clearance applies to cheque payments prior to goods being despatched.
 

TAXES

1. There are NO taxes on U.S. or International Orders. All Australian Customers pay 10% GST.
 

SHIPPING

We understand that our customers sometimes have deadlines, and orders will be despatched as soon as possible after payment is confirmed.

 
3. Australian shipments are shipped from our Melbourne, Australia.
 
8. All orders must be checked within 24 hours of receipt so that any discrepancies may be addressed.
 
7. Customers using their own couriers will be required to make the necessary arrangements. You will be contacted when your order is ready for pick-up.
 
6. Alternative shipping methods such as Postal Services are currently unavailable.
 
4. We currently ship by local courier or TNT to all States in Australia. We reserve the right to choose the fastest delivery oprion and will not be responsible for any delays under these circumstances.
 
9. Back orders, though rare, are not automatically shipped and will be considered cancelled. Regular ordering policies will apply on arrival of stock.
