A: Some of the smaller items such as baskets and smaller end tables may be shipped via UPS or obtained in person. If the UPS shipping option is chosen, the buyer will pay actual shipping charges and shipping insurance. Please see each item’s description to determine its UPS shipping eligibility.

Q: Do you deliver?
A: Utah Home Décor will deliver to residents along the Wasatch Front that live within 50 navigable miles. Please click on either this Google Map or Yahoo Map and click the Directions “From Here” link and type in the destination address to determine the applicable mileage. A $30 delivery fee will apply to those deliveries within 30 miles of the originating address as defined by the Google Map or Yahoo Map driving directions. A $50 delivery fee will apply to those deliveries between 30 and 50 miles of the originating address as defined by the Google Map or Yahoo Map driving directions.

Q: What is your warranty/return policy for items that are picked up in person?
A: The furniture that is available for local pickup only or obtained in person should be inspected carefully before purchasing and is sold as-is. No returns will be accepted after it has been purchased. Please see each item’s description to reference the applicable return policy.
