Returns:

The Omni Fire Table series are built custom for you. This item cannot be returned. The restocking fee on this custom Fire Table is 100%.

Exchanges:

There are no restocking fees for exchanges as long as the fire pit returns in a re-sellable, new and unused condition within its original packaging. Please return all information and items that came with this fire pit. Then, e-mail us for a return authorization number (RA). The shipping charges back to the manufacturer and the returning shipping charges back to your home must be prepaid by you and do not qualify for a refund.

Damaged Goods:

Please take a picture of the damage and report it to the carrier. In addition to this, please e-mail for a Return Authorization number (RA) within two weeks of delivery. Describe, in your e-mail , the problem with the shipment. You have 48 hours to notify the carrier. If you notice the damage immediately upon arrival, then start the claims process with the carrier immediately. You must notify the carrier within 48 hours for concealed damage. And, the fire table must be delivered back to the manufacturer within thirty days of delivery.
