Lead Time:
The manufacturer of these beautiful custom hand made tables needs a three to four week lead time for construction of your Fire Table.
As soon as we get a shipping date then we will notify you.
You are welcome to call or email us for information, but like you, we must wait until the table and associated electrical and fuel systems are ready.

Warranty:
Please see warranty furnished on purchase documents. Product is warranted by Warming Trends™ LLC to the original retail buyer for one year from date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Product design, specifications, color, availability and hue are subject to change without notice. BTU ratings are to be used as guidelines only. The photograhs and descriptions contained within this site are to be used for assistance in product selection only.

Freight:
The shipping fee is $250.00 for the standard 21" Table and an additional $100.00 for the larger 31" Fire Table. The freight service offers curb-side delivery. These charges are for delivery in the continental United States. This excludes delivery to Hawaii or Alaska.
Shipping is a set fee and noted as Freight.
The freight company delivers the Fire Table as "curb side service". Trucks may or may not have a lift gate for lowering this table to the ground. It is the customers responsibility to provide a moving company available at the time of delivery. The parts of the standard 21" table usually weigh around 290 pounds each. The 31" base weighs even more. If this table must be moved to a yard or deck then consider a professional mover to avoid damage to this heavy
table.

Damage:
Apparent damage to tables in freight shipment rarely happen. But, if this does occur, then the customer must notify the shipping company and make notice and claims immediately. Get a note on your receipt and the shipper's copy. The shipping company is responsible for the safe arrival of this shipment and they will have to return the fire table to the factory. We must be notified of the damage.
Un-noticed damage must be reported to the shipper no more than 48 hours after the delivery of your fire table. Pleae inspect immediately upon delivery.

Gas Supply:
Customer should have a certified/licensed plumber install the gas line with a gas shut off valve. The gas line should be installed per your community's code
enforcement regulations.
Depending on your community and their code regulations, you might consider using a flexible gas line to attach the Fire Table to the gas line as described in a.
(1) You must indicate on the ordering page if you are ordering Natural or LP/Propane as the fuel source.

Remote Control:
The Optional Remote Control can be ordered through a link on the Ordering Page. The Warming Trends Remote Control will work with either 24Volt or #Volt ignition systems.


Protective Cover:
The Optional Protective Cover is provided to keep your Fire Table clear of debris, leaves, droppings, etc. We strongly suggest that you consider this item. Put the cover in place after the fire pit has cooled. The Protective Cover can be ordered through a link on the Fire Table Ordering page.

31" Table:
This optional addition of 10" height to the 21" standard table is available through a link on the product ordering page. This makes the base 10" taller and about 175 pounds heavier than the standard base. Pleae consider using a moving crew to move your Fire Table to your deck or patio.
