Basic photo to chart conversion service. If you wish to pay by credit card, answer all questions in Order Information, and then continue on to the check-out. After check-out is complete, e-mail your photo file to us. Otherwise click here for details of how and where to send your photo and payment.

If you are sending hard copies of your photos, we strongly recommend that you have a copy made of your photo (not a photocopy – see Our photo to cross stitch Conversion Service) or you can use either Recorded delivery or Special delivery within the UK to ensure safe and trackable delivery of your photo. Please post in an envelope with card backing and mark ‘Do Not Bend’ to help ensure the photo’s undamaged delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: All fields marked *REQUIRED* in Order Information are required to be filled in at time of purchase. The order cannot be processed unless they are filled in.

Please enter any comments relevant to your order, e.g. cropping of picture etc., into the Additional Services box of the Order Information section. Try to be as specific as possible.

Optional Features:

Background Removal
Should you require the background removing completely from your photo and perhaps another replacing it, please make your instructions clear when you send your photo. We have several blending backgrounds that can be used or it can be left blank.
Picture Merging
Hard to get two people together in one picture? Or two animals, two items, whatever you fancy really - most subjects can be merged together to create one unique portrait. Send us the two photos you wish to merge with copies outlining which objects/people etc you wish to see on one picture with roughly what sort of background. Leave the rest to us!
