Merchandise return policy:
If merchandise is broken during transit , or it seems defective in any way , please call or email us. We will take the appropriate measures to determine whether a credit or replacement is in order.
There is a 20% re-stocking fee on returned merchandise that is non-defective/not broken. Merchandise, merchandise packaging , and inner packaging must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. No credit will be given for items that do not meet these requirements.
