ATTENTION: In order to better serve our customers, we ask that you make note of the following instructions:
To better assist our merchants and to decrease the time taken to complete changes, we ask that you make yourself available for contact for 2 business days following the submittal of your change request. We will attempt to contact you by phone and/or email to give you a quote for your changes request. As usual, quote times will vary depending on what you would like done. Please provide the best way to contact you, as well as the best time. We will do our best to accomodate your schedule.

If you are sending an attachment such as a new image, text document, PDF, etc. Please have the file prepared to send at the time you submit your request. Click here for instructions on sending attachments. It may be necessary for us to have any attachments in order to give you an accurate quote, and the absence of such attachments could delay the process.
NOTE: The Changes Department does not provide customer service for questions submitted through this form. If you submit questions through this form, they will be forwarded to our Customer Service Department. We do not provide assistance with Custom Design changes, however, we can create and apply Custom Design changes if requested. Please submit your request for changes to be made to your storefront using this form.
