a preferred method of healing because of their holistic nature, working with
all aspects of the body, mind and spirit. Throughout time, humans have used
crystals for adornment, ritual, healing, as talismans, and in ceremonies.
Healers, shamans, priests and
spiritual seekers have continually been drawn to the special powers of
crystals. Now in this Aquarian Age, humans have "rediscovered” this ancient
healing art.
Many wonder how crystals
work. Crystals work by balancing our energy. They contain energy and its
specific vibrational frequency creates the crystal's color. We use crystals
everyday without our knowledge through quartz watches, computer chips,
transistors, clocking devices and more.
Crystals
maintain, change, and manipulate the characteristics of energy to perform a
specific task. Therefore, we are able to use the energy of the crystals to
heal. They are excellent tools for balancing and cleansing our chakras.
We use crystals to balance the
chakras, during Reiki sessions or even during spiritual counseling and life coaching sessions.
