When Jessica was born she was diagnosed with Congenital Heart Disease and has so far had two open heart surgeries. There are good days and bad days, but she and her family are hoping that another surgery or even a heart transplant won’t be necessary.

Here is what Jessica had to say about her wish trip to London.

“When I was a little girl I feasted on fairytales of princesses, queens and ladies. It took me until 8 years of age, when I watched a documentary on Princess Diana and realized that royalty still actually lived! After that, everything about England’s vast history, the British Monarchy and their customs and traditions has fascinated me.

The tour of the Tower of London was the neatest part. There were names and dates engraved everywhere on walls, dungeons, even on the surrounding mote wall. These names were of old guards, prisoners and maybe even some royalty. This place was perfect… Like a sparkling diamond.

My trip to London honestly didn’t feel like a wish; it felt like a dream. Fairytale London is what I have dreamt of and that is exactly what I lived. It was an experience of a lifetime and even if I never return I’ll never forget it. Thank you for everything.”

Love Jessica
