Lona has ridden many trails in the Kananaskis Country and Rocky Mountains with Martha. She started Competetive Trail Riding in the summer of 2007 and is hooked. She has created various websites for not for profit groups and projects such as GiddyUpforWishes.com and MyBearspaw.ca.
