Tea Party Dress-An adorable dress with an inset band! The insets are really easy to make and they look lovely. Just using 2 or 3 of the fancy stitches on your sewing machine, you can make dresses that people will take a second look at to see if they have been hand smocked! All appliqué is done using the Heat’n’Bond technique. The insets are set off with piping along the upper and lower edges. There are two collar variations, optional puff sleeves and full skirt that appliqués can be added. Sizes 4-8
