Amazing Heirloom Blouse pattern!

Heirloom garments are beautiful, and really not too difficult. We will walk you through the steps of pin tucks, lace insertion, and fancy machine stitches. Practice first on the fancy drawstring bag, and then move on to your heirloom blouse. The blouse has a Peter Pan collar and puffy sleeves that attach to a band at the bottom.
