Every product you buy from Aquastrokes.com
must be free of defects or you may return it.
Wrong Item Received:
On the rare occasion we ship you an item other than what you ordered, do not
open the PRODUCT or it will void your right to return it. Please immediately
contact us so that we can research and make the necessary arrangements to correct
your order. You will be instructed on how to return the item. If you choose
another return option outside of given instructions, we will not be responsible
for any incurred charges. Merchandise must be returned in perfect condition
in order to receive credit. We must receive this return within 7 business days.
If you do not return the incorrect item, you will be charged accordingly for
it.
Damages and Shortages:
IMPORTANT:
DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED MERCHANDISE TO US, Inspection must be made on your premises
.Returning items voids any possibility of an adjustment.
Merchandise damaged during shipping or shortages (missing items) must be reported
to AquaStrokes.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping
company for inspection of the merchandise and box. It is important that you
keep the original shipping box. We will then issue you credit for the amount
of any confirmed damaged or missing merchandise or replace the item in question
within 10 business days. If no claim is made within 48 hours of receipt it is
agreed the received quantities are correct and no subsequent discrepancy claim
will be allowed.
Processing the return:
After you have receive notification
from us that the return is authorized. You will receive an authorization number
(RA).
Merchandise must be shipped prepaid. Any returns sent COD will be declined!!
For your own protection, insure the return shipment.and request a tracking number.
A valid return authorization number must be on the shipping label or we will
refuse the package.
After the shipment is received and processed by our Returns Center, you will
be refunded for the cost of the product and sales tax, if applicable. A 20%
restocking fee will be applied to returns that are not a manufacturing problem.
No product returns will be accepted after 15 days.
Authorization Defined: Return authorization does not guarantee that return
will be accepted. Returns will be accepted if it is within the policy herein
stated and the item is confirmed defective.
Do not return merchandise unless authorized.....you WILL NOT receive credit
without return authorization, or if the merchandise has not been properly repackaged.
Unless authorized, you are responsible for shipping fees to return merchandise.
Packaging and Handling Fee - We do not profit from shipping or packaging sometimes
additional charges may be required to cover shipping costs. These charges will
be charged separately to your account.
Warrantees and/or Guarantees:
All warrantees and/or guarantees are so of the manufacturer themselves.
Therefore, you must deal directly with the manufacturer for anything entitling
this nature.
Orders are usually shipped the next business day. Although rare, if for some reason your item is not in stock and back ordered, please allow 1-4 weeks for delivery.
