The Barred Owl is slightly larger than a barn owl and sounds like a typical "hoot owl." This house can be mounted high in a tree with the two metal hangers. Bottom of side opens for ease in cleaning. RANGE: Resides from British Columbia east to Nova Scotia, and south to northern California, and to Texas and Florida. Measures approximately 25"h x 14-1/4"w x 19"d. Made in Maine from eastern white pine.
