Your full satisfaction is always guaranteed or you receive a full refund (less 10% service fee plus all shipping) or replacement within ten days, unless covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. All instruments come with a one-year warranty for workmanship by the manufacturer, which is good for repair or replacement. We cannot offer refunds for returns after ten days. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so for local customers, if you have any problems, please contact me for complimentary adjustments (within one year of purchase) or replacements/repairs for warranty issues within a year. All returned instruments are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee+cost of shipping (if shipped). No refunds after ten days and free adjustments and warranties do not apply past one year of purchase.
