We love this new plate holder/dessert stand. So much so that our old one will soon be on these pages as "Previously Loved" to make way for one of these new ones. The reason? The Ivory Courtyard Dessert Server comes apart for convenient storage. No need to make room in a cupboard or pantry for this baby. It unscrews and lays flat inside a 13 X 11 X 2 inch box. It is very sturdy and is wide enough to hold 10 1/2 inch dinner plates. Now what is not to like?

This plate holder/dessert server stands 20 inches tall and is 12 1/2 inches across and is eight inches deep. Made of metal, it has been painted ivory and is made to look antique with a brownish patina on the surface. Use it to hold the guests' plates on your tea table or put one plate on each layer for sweets and/or savories.
