This stoneware teapot was thrown upside down on a potter's wheel as a bowl shape. It was altered into a square shape before turning upright with a slab bottom. Small lug feet elevate it from the table and the thrown spout and handmade pulled handle applied later. This teapot is simply galazed with a seafoam green glaze layered over itself. It is fired to high temperatures in a gas fired reduced atmosphere kiln. It measures approximately 8"l x 7"w x 8"h.
