This wheel thrown stoneware teapot is at present my largest teapot. It is carved at the neck with verticle faceting. The lower half was altered into a oval while still wet and it has a slab bottom. It has a thrown spout and lid and a handmade pulled handle with lug foot attachments. It is glazed in copper green seafoam glaze and fired to high temperatures in a gas reduction kiln. It measureas approximately 9 1/2"l x 5"w x 8 1/2"h.
