Wheel thrown and altered stoneware pottery teapot. It was thrown as a bowl altered into an oval and turned upside down. It has a slab bottom and handmade spout and handle. This stoneware teapot was glazed a smooth white with a sponged over application of tenmoku for a lovely soft pattern that enhances its shape. It measures approximately10"l x 4 1/2"w x 7 1/2"h.
