Pepper Cheddar Biscuits


2 cups all purpose flour (or 1 cup hole wheat flour and 1 cup white flour)

1/4 cup MME 3 Pepper Cheddar Herb Blend

3 tsps. baking powder

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 cup shortening

1 cup milk


Preheat oven to 425 degrees Farenheit. Cut shortening into dry ingredients until crumbly. Add milk and stir until thoroughly moistened. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 16 biscuits.
