Our 100% pure maple syrup is made with sap from trees on our and neighbors' properties in southeastern Ohio and hand crafted in small batches over a wood fire in our hand built sugar house (pictured on the label above). Our maple syrup is minimally processed and filtered to retain the classic maple flavor, vitamins, and minerals that nature intended. A small amount of sediment is normal. Taste and bouquet vary during the season, resulting in a flavor and grade for every palate. Use on pancakes, waffles, cereal, ice cream, yogurt, fruit, in beverages.
