What about shipping?
All packages are shipped via UPS Ground.Most of our candles are handmade so therefore we only use UPS ground and most orders go out the same business day.Normal UPS Ground takes 7-15 business days after you place your order.We have up to 30 days from the time your card is charged to ship your order

How can I return an item?
We will accept returns within 31 days of order.Unused products can be shipped back to us for in-store credit. Merchandise returned without authorization will not be accepted. A restocking fee of 10% will charged unless the goods were shipped to you in error. If you need to return a product please email us at candlesscent@comcast.net and we will send you detailed return instructions. Be sure to include: The item number and cost.
Do You Distribute Catalogs?
No.With products inserted monthly,it would not be fair to our customers to have a catalog as it would not be
accurate.
What About My Free Candle?
The free candle is shipped separately from a regular order.Thank You for your patience.
