1. ARE YOUR OILS ORGANIC?

All of our oils are 100% pure and natural, of therapeutic grade and free from any chemicals. While we do carry a select number of certified organic products, we do not call ourselves an organic products supplier because of the huge controversy over this issue. A large number of truly excellent oil are produced in remote areas of countries where there are no internationally recognized bodies or standards for organic certification. We feel that it is unethical to sell such products as organic, at prices currently charged by some companies.

2. HOW IS IT THAT YOU SOMETIMES CARRY MORE THAN ONE VARIETY OF AN OIL?

A good example is Lavender essential oil. There are over thirty-five varieties that grow around the world. In such cases, we try to carry a high grade, a medium grade and a low grade to suit thevarious requirements of our customers. Lower grades are usually used in blends and in natural cosmetics.

3. ARE YOUR BULK OILS ANY DIFFERENT IN QUALITY?

The oils offered in the bulk section are exactly the same grade as the ones offered in the regular list. The heavily discounted prices in the bulk section are simply a result of volume discounts.

4. WHY DO YOU REQUEST MY IRS / SOCIAL INSURANCE #?

To avoid any delay in interstate freight services. It has always been a requirement but is only now being strictly enforced after 9/11. We understand your concern and guarantee confidentiality of your personal information.

How fast will my order by filled??

From the moment you finalise your order with us, our wherehouse will immediately supply and pack your products. We then ship your package to you by UPS Ground mail directly to your door.Shipping should take between 1 and 5 days, depending on where you are located.

Can you ship by priority Air?

This is not possible for oils as, after September 11th oils have become reclassified as a hazardous/dangerous good. By ground they are only classifed as a combustible good which is allowable by UPS.
