We encourage you to compare our prices and shipping charges to those of our competitors!
My husband and I run this on-line store. As you comparison shop, we would like you to be aware of the tactics of some our competitors, who persuade you to believe that their prices are the lowest price, but really aren't!
Tactic #1: Hide the shipping charges
Some of our competitors hide their shipping charges from you until you check out. Not us. For all orders shipping to Continental United States, we have fixed shipping prices and they are clearly stated on our Shipping & Return Page. These prices are fair enough or even lower than compared to other our competitors, and of course, lower than the actual shipping costs so that you can get a break on shipping.
Tactic #2: Using the word "Discount"
Some webistes use the word "Discount" all over the place to convince you that they have discount prices. But the word "Discount" doesn't make it so! Their prices are no lower once you figure in the shipping. some even have the word "Discount" in their name! We claim discount prices, but not as a gimmick. Simply put, while figuring out fair prices for our products, we checked out other prices on the Web, and most prices are higher than ours.
Tactic #3: Comparing to retail or list price
Few of our competitors sells the same Baby Mobiles as us for over $35 more. What an over priced! Yet, some competitors post a tag "On Sale" for that item, but in fact, it's their regular price and they call it a Sale! And in order to make you believe that it's a great price, they then show it next to a list price of a $100 more than that! Not yet, their price doesn't even include shipping charge! Thus, we remind you that if we do have monthly specials "On Sale", we will show a sale price next to a retail price. In our website, the sale price is always printed above the retail price and in different color so that you can see it for clear. Remember that our specials won't last forever.
Tactic #4: You get what you pay for
Some E-tailers mark their products up really high assuming that if they charge you less, you'll think the merchandise must not be high quality or even you'll believe this might be a scam or not secured. Well, we pay the same wholesale prices they do to the same manufacturers, and we're making a profit with our prices, charging anywhere from $2 to $50 less than our competitors!
Tactic #5: Claiming lowest prices
No one has the lowest prices.. anyone claiming they do is being dishonest. Granted. They're willing to beat the price of any competitor, but in the meantime, most of their prices are the same or higher than ours, and you have to "catch them" to get "the lowest price"! If you want to pay lower prices than ours, then look around and we're sure you'll find lower. We'd rather have your business, but we do't want you to feel ripped off!
Tactic #6: Promising great customer service
Yes... we promise that, too. Everyone promises it! Consider this however: All E-Commerce sites try to get your order right. It's when problems occur beyond human control that you discover the real value in customer service! If you're not treated right when an order goes wrong, will saving that additional $5 really have been worth it? If you want to meet who's handling your order, call us at Toll Free 1-866-309-8966 and ask for Hoa Do before placing your order on-line! She'll explain whatever you need to know! If you prefer, she will even place your order for you.
Tactic #7: Trying to convince you that higher prices are fair
Guilty. Our prices are not the lowest, but we think they're fair. We consider them discount, relatively speaking. We don't have a lowest price guarantee because we consider such claims dishonest. However, what we do promise is that we won't try to fool you into buying from us. We simply offer you, low prices, great customer service, and the highest quality baby products that are sure to make you and your child be happy always. Our goal is "Your Children's Happiness Are Our Priority"!
