You have chosen Option 3. This option does NOT include our free Consulting. If you choose this option, you have the option to reinstate the Consulting provision, if, after receiving and reviewing your “Package”, you decide you do require Consulting assistance, by paying the balance due of $350.00.

Your purchase will also entitle you to use the Just The Fax™ name and all the materials we’ve provided in perpetuity in accordance with the License Agreement (which you will receive with the Package and must sign – a copy is available for viewing on the web site), plus we’ll provide 30-60 days free consultation as you get your business underway. You are further protected by our RISK-FREE GUARANTEE OF SATISFACTION, in that you have ten (10) days after you receive the “package” to preview everything. If it’s not all that you expected you may simply return the “Package” and we’ll promptly refund everything you’ve paid except the S&H charges.

If I choose to return the “Package” under the Guarantee provision above, I agree to return the entire package, along with all copies that I may have made, and I warrant that neither I nor any employee, friend, or family member shall at any time directly or indirectly use, sell, reveal, convey or otherwise distribute to any other person or entity any of the business concepts and/or trade secrets that were revealed in the Package, unless such disclosure or use is specifically authorized by Licensor. I understand that I may be prosecuted if I violate this provision. If I am placing my order by the Internet or phone I agree to be bound by this Agreement as if I had signed it.
