101 Secrets to Winning Beauty PageantsAnn-Marie Bivans is the author of three books on pageantry: 101 Secrets to Winning Beauty Pageants (Citadel Press), The Miss America Cookbook (Rutledge Hill Press), Miss America: In Pursuit of the Crown - The Complete Guide to the Miss America Pageant (MasterMedia). She also is the author of The Winning Interview training series.

Miss America: In Pursuit of the Crown was the first guidebook authorized by the Miss America Organization and was a Literary Guild and Doubleday Book Club selection. Bivans has also served as a columnist for Pageantry magazine since 1992 and written feature articles for Miss America national program books.
