Becaue there is a risk of damage to the products, please follow the following policy. If a product arrives broken, customer should file a complaint within 3 days after the package arrived. They should file a complaint with a digital picture of the broken product. Only then, will we ship a new one on our costs.
If you are not satisfied with the product for some other reason, notify Dog Statues Unlimited by email with intent to return. Return in original package to C&M Warehouse, 95 Leggett Street, East Hartford, CT 06108 within 14 days for a refund.
