If You Need to Return Your Cat Furniture

For returns or exchanges, we MUST be contacted first! Do not take it upon yourself to send the item(s) back, or you will void any and all return / exchange rights.
For items that can be refunded, there will be a 20% restocking fee, and we must be contacted within 30 days after the date of your purchase.
Store credit will be issued for other items. You must contact us within 30 days after your purchase. You will be responsible for shipping and handling charges incurred for exchanges unless we made the mistake.
