CREDIT CARD POLICY: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Cards.

C.O.D. ORDERS: We do not accept C.O.D. orders.

SALES TAXES: California residents have an additional 0.0825% added to their orders.

SHIPPING: Merry Gardeners™ ships only within the continental US. Method of shipping is determined by us or by our suppliers. However, packages are usually shipped by UPS or FedEx and sometimes as freight. Shipping charges are calculated by total weight of everything purchased and are as follows:

0 - 12 pounds = $10.00, 12 - 20 pounds = $16.00, 20 - 25 pounds = $19.00, 25 - 30 pounds = $23.00, 30 - 35 pounds = $26.00, 35 - 40 pounds = $29.00, 40 - 50 pounds = $34.00, 50 - 60 pounds = $39.00, 60 - 70 pounds = $44.00, 70 - 100 pounds = $52.00, 100 - 150 pounds = $70.00, 150 - 200 pounds = $98.00, 200 and higher is $150.00 or maybe calculated at the time of purchase due to method of shipping.

Only items that are over sized, bulky, heavier or over 72" in length, such as some of our garden tools, may require an extra shipping charge to cover the additional charges by the shipper. These charges, if any, are indicated in the information on the product prior to your purchase.
 
PROMPT & EFFICIENT SERVICE: Order are usually shipped within 3 business days under normal conditions,. Also, orders are sometimes shipped in multiple cartons. As a result, you may not receive your complete order on the same day.


SHORTAGES, DAMAGES AND PROBLEMS: E-mail Merry Gardeners™ within 8 days of receipt of your purchase of any problems so that we may resolve the issue promptly. In the case of a damaged shipment, indicate "damaged" when signing for the package. Keep the original carton and damaged merchandise until claim is resolved.
 
RETURN AND CREDIT POLICY: If it is a mistake on the part of Merry Gardeners™, we will give you a full refund and return merchandise freight will be paid by Merry Gardeners™. If it is your mistake, then you will be responsible for all of the shipping and handling charges as well as a 20% restocking fee and credit card companies processing charges. Also, the item must be in saleable condition. Also, any returns will not be reimbursed or credited without prior contact with us within 8 days of receipt and/or authorization from us.
 
TERMS OF USE STATEMENT: You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
