The 2012 Harvest of Fresh Hop Cones are NOW IN!

Our fresh whole dried hops are packed with flavor, aroma and bittering qualities. For flavoring the finest home brewed beer you need fresh hops. We only sell high quality aromatic and bittering whole hop cones and hop pellets from the latest harvest season. Hop pellets are made from ground freshly dried hop cones pressed into pellets for easier storage and use in brewing. Our hop cones are grown in Oregon, the premiere hop growing area in the country. Our dried hop cones come in one pound vacuum sealed bags. It is best to keep dried hops refrigerated or frozen until used to maintain flavor and aroma.

HOP PELLETS

Hop pellets are made from fresh dried hop cones. After being ground to powder they are pressed into pellets and packed with a nitrogen gas flush on the farm to ensure better storage and freshness. Hop pellets are easier to store and have a longer shelf life. Keep them in the refrigerator or freezer until needed to preserve freshness. All varieties come in one pound bags.
