1. How long does it take to receive an order?
1. Standard Order via FedEx Ground: 3 to 4 weeks before delivery
2. Express Order via FedEx 2 day: 5 to 7 business days.

2. How to order item with a Custom Logo?
Please contact us via Email: sales@nameongolf.com with a logo image file in a digital format (jpg, tif, gif, etc.). For a custom logo order(*), there is one-time Logo Setup (Tape) charge, $110 or more based on the logo design and size. Logos with a stich count over 7,000 stitches are assessed and additional embroidery charge.
(*) Exclude a trademark, brand logo and registered company logo, etc.
Custom Logo Order Process:
We will start working on the actual logo design based on your image file once we receive an order and confirm payment. When the logo design completes, we will send you a logo design file to you for approval. Once our logo design is approved, we will start production with the approved logo design. It will take a few weeks to complete these steps.
3. Do you have any Logo available without setup charge?
Yes, there are Logos available to use without setup charge. Please click on "Images of available Logos" below. Various country logos are available besides USA.

4. Which fonts are available?
There are two default fonts available to use, script and block. Please click on "Images of available Fonts" below.
A custom logo setup will be required for other fonts than these two default fonts.

5. Do you have Plain (no embroidery) Putter/Head covers in stock?
No, there is no plain cover in stock. Even a plain (no embroidery) cover is made from scratch same as one with embroidery. It takes same amount of time, usually a few weeks before an order is shipped.
6. Return Policy
No return or exchange will be accepted except for a defective item or an error is found.
