A: Yes, we have a completely secure merchant account
system that automatically checks your credit card number and deposits the money
into our bank account without anyone ever seeing your credit card number or

Q: What are the payment options?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and
American Express via secure checkout. If you select PayPal we will send you an
invoice or you may send payment to
sharalynn@brassworksembossing.com. If you'd like to send a Money Order,
please select PayPal as the payment method (it's not automated, nothing
happens!) and tell us in the comments box that you wish to send a money order
and we will send you our address. Please remit payment within 3 days.
Q: How will products be shipped?
A: Your order will be shipped via US Postal Service
First Class mail.

Q: I'm having problems, can you help me
with my order?
A: Sure, there are a couple of common problems.
If you're getting a message that your billing address doesn't match the address
on file at the credit card verification agency and have moved within the
last 6 months, try using your old address for the billing address. It takes
banks a long time to notify the central database!
If you're getting a message that there isn't enough
inventory or a weird message like "you've exceeded the number of price sets"
there is an inventory conflict. Usually it means you have an item in your cart
more than once and there aren't enough of the item to fulfill the order. Go back
to the shopping cart and look for duplicate items and delete them before
resubmitting the order. Very rarely this message is caused by someone buying the
last of an item while you're still shopping. If you can't resolve the issue I
will figure it out ASAP and reenter your order for you. If you call and I am in
the office I can usually help!
