  • If it is found that it has not been delivered to you we will work with the shipper to locate your package.

  • If the tracking report shows that the package was delivered to the address that you gave us, you must contact the local terminal / office of the carrier (US Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS) and tell them that you did not get the package, and file a claim / complaint with them.

  • Sorry, but no refunds will be issued on lost packages.

  • All shipments are F.O.B. Shipping Point and become the property of the receiver upon being turned over to the carrier.
