Returns are limited to defective merchandise only.
- Please read the item description carefully before purchasing a product.
- If you have a question about an item contact us before you order the product, we will gladly answer your questions.
- Inspect the item(s) as soon as you receive it/them. If you receive an item that is defective and want to exchange it or return it, you must Contact Us immediately, stating what the defect is. We will then arrange for an exchange or a refund.
- Upon verification that the item has been returned to the manufacturer or craftman, we will refund the cost of the item(s); however, the Buyer is responsible for the original and return shipping/postage and any restocking fees the manufacturer(s) impose.
- Very Important: Do Not return the item without a Return Authorization and instructions where to return the item.
- Returnable items must be returned in their original condition within 15 days from when you recieved the item.
- Return postage is not refundable.
- Able Marketing reserves the right to refuse credit or acceptance of a return if it is not in it's original condition, has been mistreaded, or has been used for any period of time.
- No COD returns will be accepted.
