If after a reasonable period of time your package has not arrived, please Contact Us and we will ask the shipper to track your package.
- If it is found that it has not been delivered to you we will work with the shipper to locate your package.
- If the tracking report shows that the package was delivered to the address that you gave us, you must contact the carrier's local terminal / office (UPS or US Post Office), and tell them that you did not get the package, and file a claim / complaint with them.
- Sorry, but no refunds will be issued on lost packages.
- All shipments are F.O.B. Shipping Point and become the property of the receiver upon being turned over to the carrier (UPS or USPS).
- Please be advised that we are not responsible for packages in transit. We have no control over the package while it is in transit.
