Returns are limited to Defective Merchandise only.

  • If the item you receive is defective in any way, we will be happy to arrange for a replacement or refund your full purchase price.

  • If the item you receive is defective you must Contact Us immediately and tell us what the product defect is, we will then contact the manufacturer and get back to you with return instructions as quickly as possible.

  • Do not return the item until you receive authorization and return intructions from us.

  • Be advised, Original, Return Postage/Shipping costs are not refundable!

  • Buyer is responsible for original and return postage, shipping, and any handling or restocking fees the manufactuter(s) impose (A-1 has a $5.00 per item restocking fee).

  • Item(s) must be returned within 15 days in it's/their original condition.

  • Upon verification that the item has been returned, we will refund/exchange the cost of the item(s); however, the Buyer is responsible for the original and return shipping/postage and any restock fees the manufacturer(s) impose.

  • Able Marketing reserves the right to refuse credit or acceptance of a return if it is not in it's original condition, has been mistreated, or has been used for any period of time.

    No COD returns will be accepted!
