- Where can orders be shipped?
Orders can ONLY be shipped within the continental United States. This EXCLUDES Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
- How long does shipping take?
- Any item number that starts with "A1" is generally mailed out via UPS within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your order.
- If you have a question regarding whether or not an item is in stock Contact Us . Please include the item number and name of the item.
- Of course, our suppliers try to ship out orders as quickly as possible; however, during peak seasons and around the holidays you must allow extra time.
- You must make sure we have the correct shipping address, phone number, and e-mail address. If we cannot verify the shipping address and you do not give us valid contact information, your order will be cancelled with no further attempt to contact you.
