How do I receive a FREE bracelet or a FREE charm?
For EVERY 3 charms you purchase, you are entitled to either a FREE 14 link starter bracelet or a FREE charm. To order the FREE bracelet, please order at least 3 charms, then on the Starter Bracelet page, add "AJ14-STARTER-FREE" to the shopping cart. This is your FREE bracelet. To order the FREE charm, please order at least 3 charms. Then, in the Additional Comments box on the Payment Information page (after clicking on checkout button at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page), enter the item number and description of the FREE Charm that you would like. Higher price prevails. In other words, if you selected a $12 charm, 2 $10 charms and an $8 charm, the $8 charm would be the FREE charm. If you order 6 charms in total, you would be entitled to a FREE Starter Bracelet and a FREE charm, or 2 FREE Starter Bracelets, or 2 FREE charms (see example above).

What size does the base bracelet come in?
The base bracelet is 14 links long. (Refer to "Assembly Info" ). You can see how to customize your own bracelet, either larger or smaller.

How do I know how may links make up a bracelet?
In order to have a custom fit, we have provided some simple guidelines for you to follow:
First measure your wrist and determine whether you want your bracelet to fit snugly to allow it or move freely around your wrist. Bear in mind that the links contain springs which allow it to expand as you slip it over your hand. Each link is 3/8 inch long.
13 links = 5 inches (Toddler)
14 links = 5 and 3/8 inches (Child)
15 links = 5 and 3/4 inches (Pre Teen)
16 links = 6 and 1/8 inches
17 links = 6 and 1/2 inches
18 links = 6 and 7/8 inches
19 links = 7 and 1/4 inches
20 links = 7 and 5/8 inches
21 links = 8 inches

How do I add/remove a charm?
Each link slides backward and forward. While holding each end of the bracelet, slide one link forward and slide the opposite link backward. The links can now interlock. What brands are your charms compatible with?
All major brands, including Zoppini, Nomination, Boxing, Linx, ReFlorence, Ryry, Talexia, Unodomani, Passavinti, Patrizia, Puzzle, and many others.

Will they tarnish?
No, they are made of the highest quality stainless steel. You may wear your bracelet everyday and never worry about tarnishing or rusting. As with any piece of fine jewelry, it is not recommended that you shower or bathe with them on. A jeweler's cloth is all that is needed to shine them right up again.

What are your forms of payment?

Will I be charged sales tax?
If your shipping address is within the state of New York, we must charge New York sales tax.

How quickly do you ship my order?
Orders are shipped within 1-2 days of receiving your order. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on Friday through Sunday will ship out Monday. Credit card approval must be received prior to processing your order.

How do you ship?
Normally, we ship USPS. Should you require different shipping arrangements (overnight, 2nd day air, etc.), please email us at info@dazzlingcharms.com for rates.

What is the shipping charge?
The only charge is a flat $ 5.00 handling charge per order when shipped via USPS in the continental US. Handling charge is $ 8.00 for orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
