When you order from us we automatically process your card for the full amount of the transaction. We will ship you whatever is in stock at the manufacturer and backorders will be filled by us as soon as available. We make every effort to ship your order within 14 business days of receipt. We do not charge additional shipping for these subsequent shipments. We will keep you informed via e-mail on the status of your order and you may cancel backorders, if you wish, at any time for a full refund. As a small specialty retailer, we don't maintain stock and we often must aggregate orders before we pick them up from the manufacturer. This takes time and we ask for your patience. This is important: As of Jan 1, 2007, you must order a minimum of thirty (30) Minis on each order. Model Power won't process small orders any longer--you'll have to order directly from them via phone at full retail. We regret any inconvenience but we must comply with Model Power's dictates!
