As the name suggests, this bread contains sunflowers and honey in addition to whole wheat flour, cracked wheat flour, oats and potato flour to name just a few of the ingredients. This bread reminds us of days gone by when home baking was the norm instead of the exception . . . before frozen bread dough and bread machines.
