I developed this incredible meat rub when a restaurant contacted me and asked me to do it. It took quite a bit of time to work the recipe out but now I can't keep it in stock. It is a compilation of garlic, onions, dill, paprika, anaheim, lemon zest, cumin, coriander, sea salt, sugar, sweet peppers and ginger. Also good mixed with hamburger before making patties!! Add some fresh mushroom, onions, ground rainbow pepper and organic beef flavoring and you will have a wonderful, healthy meal for your family. Rub on meats before grilling or mix with olive oil to make a dip for bread.
