Cajun Pork Cutlets

4 pork cutlets
1 tsp. Sandhill Ben's Cajun Seasoning
1/4c. flour
1/4c. oil

Sprinkle seasoning on cutlets, let set a few minutes. Roll in flour and fry in oil in hot pan. Cutlets can be grilled, leave off flour and oil.

 
Beef or Pork Roast
3 lb. roast
3 tsp. Sandhill Ben's Gourmet Seasoning (original or garlic)

Rub or sprinkle seasoning on all sides of roast and refridgerate 1-3 hrs. Can be refrigerated overnight.

Roast in oven at 325° for 2 hr. or till done.

 
Secret Potatoes

2 lbs. potatoes peeled and cut into wedges
1/4 cup flour
2 tsp. Sandhill Ben's Gourmet Seasoning
1/4 cup oil

Mix flour and seasoning in bowl, with a lid, large enough to hold potatoes. Place peeled potatoes in bowl. Shake thoroughly. Pour oil in jelly roll pan and coat bottom evenly. Bake approximately 20 minutes at 350°. Do not turn during baking. Serve warm.

 
Goulash

1 cup macaroni
1/2 lb. hamburger
1 - 6 oz. can tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp. Sandhill Ben's Gourmet Seasoning
grated cheese

Cook macaroni in about 2 cups water till tender, drain off water. Brown hamburger. Mix all ingredients together. Simmer for 5 minutes. When served sprinkle grated cheese on top. Makes four 1 cup servings.

 
Sandhills Sloppy Joes

1 lb. hamburger
1/4 cup catsup
1 1/2 tsp. Sandhill Ben's Gourmet Seasoning
1/4 cup onions
1 cup coke

Brown hamburger. Drain off fat, add rest of ingredients. Simmer until some of the moisture is gone. Enjoy!
