Ely Farms is a small specialty food farm located in southeast Nebraska just outside of the small town of Grafton. Ely Farm's unique taste for specialty foods is evident through the products they have developed. Their products are carefully hand packaged by their employees in their kitchen on their farm. Each of their recipes has been perfected over the years to fit the taste buds of people who appreciate specialty foods, and they can’t wait to share their products with you! Growing and selling fresh asparagus and developing family recipes into marketable food products has provided our family with exciting agricultural opportunities to diversity our traditional agricultural farming operation.

We continue to produce fresh asparagus and fresh bell peppers, as well as Ely Farms Pickled Asparagus and Ely Farms Pickled Bell Peppers. Our pickled asparagus and pickled bell peppers are hand processed in our canning facility located on our farm. We believe that our products are unique, like the Ely Farms story.
