Ordering Information
We at StreetSmartKC are very customer service oriented and want to make sure that you order and receive the correct part the first time. If there is question about your order, please contact Customer Care and discuss the question with us. All products may not be instock at the time of ordering. Back Orders will be filled in a timely fashion. Please see the contact us page for EASY ways to get in touch with StreetSmartKC.
Product Pricing
We make every effort to keep our prices current. Prices, however, do change and may change without notice. Our site prices are changed as soon possible after we receive price changes. You will be charged at the current price, even if it is lower than the published price. Missouri sales will be charged at the current sales tax rate for Missouri.
Payment Methods
We prefer MasterCard and Visa as our primary payment methods. You can feel completely confident in ordering from our site, it offers fully secure transaction protection. We also accept certified or cashiers checks and PayPal if desired. Please contact us for correct PayPal account information or if another payment method is desired. We may request a deposit for any special order or for a non-stocked item. Special Orders may not be made on a COD basis.
Shipping
Our primary shipping method is UPS ground. If a different shipping method is required, please contact us with details. Large or over weight items (such as liquid items or large metal items) may require additional shipping charges, truck freight shipments will be shipped freight COD. Customer pays all freight charges. Freight damage claims will be the responsibility of the customer with our assistance if necessary.
Product Returns
All items that are returned MUST be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). Contact StreetSmartKC to obtain an RMA#. All returned product must be returned in original packaging, be re-salable and must not have been installed, painted or modified in any way. Special orders and electrical parts are not returnable. A copy of your original invoice should be included with all returned items. A 15% restocking charge will apply to all re-salable returned items. Returns must be made within 30 day of receipt. Inventory your order promptly shortages will be reviewed for only 7 days.
Refused Shipments
Customers will be responsible for a 15% charge plus freight on all shipments that are refused and returned.
Liability
StreetSmartKC will not be liable for personal or property damages caused by the use or misuse of any product sold by StreetSmartKC. We have no control over installation or use of any product sold. We will repair or replace any product found to be defect upon our inspection.
Warranty Statement
The original manufacturer of each product will be responsible for any and all warranty claims. StreetSmartKC will assist any customer in processing warranty claims on a claim by claim basis.
